At Toriten, we focus on the simple joy of charcoal-grilled yakitori — smoky, juicy, and made to be shared. Each skewer is grilled over traditional binchōtan charcoal to draw out depth and aroma, served alongside crispy tempura, comforting agemono, and fresh sashimi airflown from Japan.
By day, hearty teishoku lunch sets offer balance and ease — unfussy yet satisfying. By night, the lights dim, the grill takes center stage, and the air fills with the aroma of smoke and tare glaze. Whether it’s a quick meal or a lingering night with friends, Toriten is a reminder that good food doesn’t need to be complicated — just genuine.
鳥てんでは、炭火で焼き上げる焼き鳥の魅力を中心に据えています。備長炭の香ばしい香りに包まれ、ひと串ひと串丁寧に焼き上げた焼き鳥は、ジューシーで旨味豊か。サクサクの天ぷらや心温まる揚げ物、日本直送の新鮮な刺身も取り揃えています。
